However, if you have already found the property you wish to apply for with On The Move, then you will need to be aware of and fully understand the process for application and the associated fees.
The application process is quite comprehensive and we are more than happy to take you through this in person if needed or we can send you the application documentation by email but in the meantime, here is a list of those payable to On The Move by either the Landlord or the Tenant:

Payments in the event of default for a lost key or security device only if such payments are reasonable and a landlord or letting agent on their behalf must be able to produce written evidence of the reasonable and properly incurred costs Interest for late payment of rent (if the rent is unpaid for more than 14 days). The rate of interest must not exceed the rate of 3% above the Bank of England Base rate. |
