As the Director of the Chichester and Portsmouth branch, with a Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Residential Lettings and a proven track record in Property Management combined with over 25 years in the service industry, Customer Service is second nature!

With a personal passion for property and a wealth of experience to deliver a high standard of personalised and dedicated customer care to all my clients, On The Move brings a whole new standard of care to the market and I am delighted to offer a comprehensive range of property services to support you whilst you’re On The Move.

Having been in my role as the Property Administrator with On The Move since September 2017 and with a career history in Customer Service, to support the Team and work with both Landlords and Tenants gives me the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of Residential Lettings and Property Management.  Every day brings new challenges and as the business grows, every day is a school day!

Libby Merifield  –  ARLA Qualified

With 15 years experience in the industry, my role as Lettings Manager with On The Move covers every aspect of the residential lettings industry.  In addition to being involved in the day to day operational activities that are required, I love getting out and about to meet both prospective and current Landlords, valuing property and advising how the services from On The Move can support Landlords looking to let their property.   Equally important and always a favourite are the viewings with prospective Tenants and simply delivering the standard of Customer Service that is all too often missing in the industry . . . until you discover On The Move!
